Cruising Policy
- Check in on board: 12:00 PM
- Check out: 11:00 PM
- Return Hanoi: 15:00 PM
- The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 5 - 11 sharing same cabin with parents will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $40 per adult and $30 per child per night applies for travel dates on 24th December, 31st December, and 28 January 2025 (Lunar New Year Eve). Surcharge of $30 per adult and $20 per child per night applies for travel date on Lunar New Year (29,30, 31/01/2025)
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)
Booking Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 20% of total rates
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.

Price Inclusions
- English speaking in-house tour guide on boat
- All meals aboard as mentioned in the itineraries, (01 lunches, 01 dinner, 01 breakfast, 01 brunch) for 2 days 1 night, (02 lunches, 02 dinners, 02 breakfasts, 01 brunch) for 3 days 2 nights
- Kayaking, Cooking class, Tai chi exercise, Swimming (if the weather permits), Movies, Squid fishing, Music entertainment, satellite TV, Local wine experience, Tea ceremony
- Sightseeing entrance fees
- Luxury cabin with A/C
- Welcome drink, cold handkerchief, fresh flower and fresh fruits basket, two bottle of mineral water in each cabin
